Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, GLAMELLA may handle account details, subscription and usage records, uploaded video and audio, transcripts, generated clips, editing choices, support messages, and technical diagnostics.

Payment providers should process full card details directly. GLAMELLA should receive only the references and status needed to manage a subscription.

Information is used to provide and secure the service, process source videos, generate requested content, maintain your projects, measure product performance, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Uploaded content should not be used to train general-purpose models unless a separate, explicit choice says otherwise.

Producing transcripts, analysis, clips, and captions may require specialized infrastructure providers. Only the data needed for the requested operation should be shared, subject to appropriate agreements and retention controls.

Account records are retained while an account is active and as required for legitimate business or legal needs. Source media, outputs, and deleted projects should follow the retention controls presented in the product. Backup deletion can take additional time.

You may be able to access, correct, export, or delete account information and projects from Settings. You can also object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.

Requests can be sent to privacy@glamella.app. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

GLAMELLA should use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. Providers may operate in multiple countries; legally required transfer protections should apply where relevant.

The service is not intended for children under 13, or the higher minimum age required locally. Material policy changes should be communicated through the product or account email before they take effect.
