Legal
Terms of Service
The core agreement for accounts, uploaded content, AI-assisted outputs, subscriptions, and responsible use of GLAMELLA.
Using the service
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for account activity, protecting access credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of video, audio, text, brands, and other materials you upload, as well as your rights in eligible outputs. You grant GLAMELLA the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and deliver that content at your direction.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload, including appearances, voices, music, trademarks, and confidential information.
AI-generated output
AI-generated clips, scores, captions, and copy may be incomplete or inaccurate. Viral scores are editorial guidance, not a performance guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Plans, billing, and limits
Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, taxes, billing intervals, quotas, and renewal terms should be shown before purchase. Usage limits may include processing minutes, storage, exports, source duration, and team seats.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve, and previews may change or end. GLAMELLA should provide reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects a paid plan, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for security threats, nonpayment, illegal activity, serious policy violations, or risks to other users. You may stop using the service and close your account subject to outstanding obligations and retention requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Final warranty exclusions, liability limits, governing law, dispute procedures, and statutory consumer protections must be tailored to the operating entity and jurisdiction before launch.
